Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns Must be made within 7 business days from the delivery date of the product. For damaged products please contact with images attached.

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

- In the event of receiving a product that is damaged or defective, a full refund will be issued, and the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the seller.

- A quality check will be performed to assess the damage. In the event of no damage deemed by the seller, the return will not be valid.

- Returns must include the original tags and packaging.


2. Incorrect Size or Other Reasons:

- For instances involving incorrect size or reasons unrelated to product defects, customers are eligible for store credit or may request an exchange for the appropriate size.

- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs in such cases.

3. Exclusions:

Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they exhibit damage or are deemed irremediable through resizing procedures.


4. Cancellations:

- Orders cannot be canceled after placement. Exchanges are available for order-related issues. Contact customer support for assistance.
